IINO Group Procurement Policy
As a global company, the IINO Group (the Group) recognizes that it has a social responsibility to conduct procurement with respect for the human rights of all stakeholders and to ensure environmental and occupational health and safety in its supply chain. We have established the "IINO Group Procurement Policy" with the aim of building mutually trusting relationships with our suppliers and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. This policy was approved by the Board of Directors on May 25, 2023.

IINO Group Supplier Code of Conduct
The IINO Group (the Group) has established "The IINO Group Supplier Code of Conduct" based on “The IINO Group Procurement Policy”, which has been established as a procurement guideline based on the IINO Group philosophy. We request that all the Group suppliers comply with each of the following points. We also request your cooperation in checking the status of compliance with this Code of Conduct. This policy was approved by the Board of Directors on May 25, 2023.
