The design of the Iino Building, comprising office floors, Iino Hall and a commercial floor, was guided by the concept of “connectedness.” The emphasis was placed on integrating the building with aboveground environs, and below, an underground passageway connects the building to both Kasumigaseki and Uchisaiwaicho Stations and Hibiya City, enhancing business accessibility.
