IINO Group External Whistleblower System

The IINO Group (collectively, "the Group") have established an external whistleblower hotline, not only for Group officers and employees but also for business partners of the Group, to strengthen compliance management by each policy of the Group (including but not limited to IINO Group Anti-Corruption Policy and IINO Group Competition Law Compliance Policy).

If you become aware of any violations of laws and regulations or any other acts that may lead to such violations by officers or employees of the Group, please download the designated form, and fill in the necessary information. Please report to us through the hotline as below.

User of the Hotline

  • Officers and employees of the Group (including board members, permanent employees, contract workers, contract employees, temporary employees, seconded employees and part-timers, and retirees).
  • Business partners of the Group

Scope of Items subject to Reporting

  • Fraud, cheating, or violations of laws and regulations
  • Human rights violations, discrimination and harassment
  • Various harassment
  • Conducts that may lead to the above, or other conducts similar to the above

* Reports for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage, causing damage to others or for any other unreasonable purpose shall not be accepted.

Security/Privacy Policy

The personal information obtained from the report will only be used for the purpose of investigating the content of the report.

Response to Reporting

In principle, we will notify you of receipt of your report within 5 business days. We will then, as a matter of principle, confirm and investigate the facts to the extent possible and inform you of the results of the investigation.
Please note that although anonymous reporting and consultation are possible, in such cases we may not be able to fully confirm the facts or take corrective measures, and we may not be able to report the results of the investigation to you.

Others

The content of the report or consultation will be treated as confidential information. All officers and employees of the Group will protect the privacy of whistleblowers and will not permit any disadvantageous treatment of whistleblowers.
