Conducted BCP Response Drill for Massive Earthquake at Owned Building

On March 25, 2024, IINO Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd. conducted a joint BCP response drill with INO Building Technology Co., LTD. ("IBT"), a Group company engaged in building management, based on the assumption of a massive earthquake.

In the drill, we focused on on-site initial response within 1 - 2 hours after the earthquake at buildings managed by IBT, under the assumption of a massive earthquake with a seismic intensity of 6 strong occurring in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The information sharing and liaison system were confirmed between the Head Office Emergency Response Headquarters, IBT Emergency Response Headquarters, and the on-site response team responsible for confirming the situation at the scene.
Participants also verified the collaboration and information sharing system among the relevant parties using online tools. Following the drill, we discussed the issues for future improvement through a review.

Our management policy emphasizes that "Safety is the Foundation of Our Business," making safety one of our top management priorities. We will enhance our emergency response system and ensure the safety and security of our group-owned buildings by sharing the new knowledge and improvements gained from this drill throughout the entire group.
