IINO Building and Shiodome Shibarikyu Building Receive DBJ Green Building Certification
IINO Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd. (IINO Lines) is pleased to announce that IINO Building and Shiodome Shibarikyu Building both owned by the Company have continuously acquired "DBJ Green Building Certification" from Development Bank of Japan Inc (DBJ).
IINO Building has continued to receive the highest 5-star (☆☆☆☆☆) rating under the DBJ Green Building Certification as a top-class building in Japan with outstanding environmental and social considerations, while the Shiodome Shibarikyu Building has also continued to receive 4-star (☆☆☆☆) rating as a building with extremely high environmental and social considerations. This is the fifth time that the buildings have acquired this certification, which was first awarded in 2011 and has been awarded regularly since then.
This rating system comprehensively evaluates and certifies real estate (Green Building) required by society and the economy from five perspectives: 1)environmental performance of buildings, 2)comfort of tenant users, 3)ability to respond to crises, 4)diversity and consideration for the surrounding environment, and 5)collaboration with stakeholders.
