Equipped with a dual-fuel main engine, the vessel has a significantly lower CO₂ emissions footprint than conventional heavy fuel oil-powered vessels.

In IINO Lines' mid-term management plan, "The Adventure to Our Sustainable Future," we have set a goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. In line with this vision, we are actively investing in alternative fuels. To date, we have introduced dual-fuel vessels powered by methanol and LPG, as well as ammonia-ready vessels that can switch to ammonia fuel in the future. The Vessel marks our first dual-fuel ethane carrier to join our operating fleet.
IINO Lines will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through the continued introduction of environmentally advanced vessels.
