Building Features
- The building uses approximately 4,000 meters of wood, significantly reducing CO2 emissions during construction compared to typical reinforced concrete (RC) construction, and is one of the largest wood-frame office buildings in the Dallas area.
- The beams and pillars have been left exposed to create a warm and comfortable space. Considering the health and comfort of employees, its unique design offers a richly woody atmosphere along with external views of the mass timber used for beams and pillars.
- Adjacent to the building is a 9,300 m2 green-area park, which can be viewed from the terraces on all floors of the office building. Common areas on the first floor include a high-quality fitness gym and conference rooms for tenants, restaurants, coffee shops, and other appealing amenities.
