- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, safety or integrity of any information on the Official Account. The Company shall not have any liability for any damage from any information on the Official Account.

- The Company shall not have any liability for the cases of troubles and disputes between the Users or between the User and the third party.
- The Company shall not have any liability for any spoofing comments on the Official Account.

- Any acts libel or slander products and services of the Company or the third party
- Any offensive acts to laws, regulations, and public order and morals
- Any acts impersonate the third party including the Company, its executives and employees
- Other acts the Company regards as inappropriate.
Handling of Personal Information
The Official Account is not for collecting personal information. In case the Company obtains personal information from the User, the information shall be handled in an appropriate manner based on the Company Privacy Policy.
Copyright and Trademark Right
Copyright and trademark right belong to the Company or the third party including the Users who post on the Official Account. Unauthorized reproduction and copying are prohibited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms shall be governed by the Japanese law. Tokyo District Court of Japan shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over all disputes between the Company and the Users.
