Establishment of IINO Group Procurement Policy and IINO Group Supplier Code of Conduct

IINO Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd. (IINO) today announced that the IINO Group Procurement Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") and IINO Group Supplier Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as "the Code of Conduct ") have been established and approved by the Board of Directors.

By formulating the policy and the Code of Conduct, IINO Group will promote "Addressing Respect for Human Rights" as one of the priority strategies in our new mid term management plan, "The Adventure to Our Sustainable Future".

With the understanding and cooperation of our suppliers, who are important partners in our business, IINO Group will promote respect for human rights in our sourcing activities and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
