Establishment of the IINO Group Competition Law Compliance Policy
IINO Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd. (IINO) hereby announces that we have established the "IINO Group Competition Law Compliance Policy (the Policy)".

The IINO Group (the Group), as a global company, recognizes that it is our social responsibility as a corporation to conduct fair and honest corporate activities by ensuring that all officers and employees of IINO and its subsidiaries comply with the competition laws of all countries and regions where we are conducting business. The Policy is based on our Corporate Philosophy and also expresses the basic stance on competition laws of the Group which aims to realize the robust development and expansion of business based on fair and honest
competition, and the Group will continue to exert efforts to fully enforce the Policy.
In October 2022, the Group established the "IINO Group Anti-Corruption Policy"*¹ and has since been working to strengthen compliance by joining the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN)*² and establishing an external whistleblower system*³. By formulating the IINO Group Competition Law Compliance Policy, we will make further efforts to ensure thorough compliance, including the prevention of corruption.
In order to be a company that continues to meet the expectations of its stakeholders, the Group will further ensure compliance with competition laws in each country and region.
