We will continuously provide education and training related to information security to all officers, employees and affiliates within the Group so that they may appropriately manage information assets.

We will regularly assess and review our efforts mentioned above, thereby continuously improving our information security management.

Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

We will acquire personal information in a lawful and fair manner. Unless otherwise permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act of Japan or other applicable law, we will use the acquired personal information for the following purposes:

1. to conclude and execute agreements regarding our shipping business, real estate business (including hall business, photo studio business, etc.), insurance agency business and other businesses related thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Businesses");
