The IINO Kaiun Group (the "Group" or "we") is aware of the importance of protecting information assets (such as personal information, customer information, and confidential corporate information) from a corporate management viewpoint. We have established the following Information Security Policy and will work to ensure the information security of the whole Group to gain trust in the Group from our customers and society
Development of Information Security Management System
We will develop an information security management system and implement Group-wide controlled information security management.
Compliance with Laws and Ordinances
We will comply with all applicable laws and ordinances, national guidelines, Group regulations, and other norms related to information security.
Implementation of Information Security Measures
We will develop an appropriate information security organization system and take physical, technical or other measures to prevent any unauthorized access to, or destruction, leakage, alteration, or loss of, information assets.
Prevention of and Response to Information Security-related Incidents/Accidents
We will work to prevent any information security-related incidents/accidents. Should such an incident/accident occur, we will appropriately and promptly respond to it so as to minimize any resulting damage, investigate the cause thereof, and work to prevent recurrence of such incident/accident.
Implementation of Information Security Education
We will continuously provide education and training related to information security to all officers, employees and affiliates within the Group so that they may appropriately manage information assets.
Implementation of Continuous Improvement
We will regularly assess and review our efforts mentioned above, thereby continuously improving our information security management.

Privacy Policy
The IINO Kaiun Group (the "Group" or "we") is aware of the importance of personal information and also recognizes its social responsibility to appropriately handle and safeguard personal information, based on the spirit of the Personal Information Protection Act of Japan. We have established the following Privacy Policy and will ensure that all officers and employees within the Group, including temporary workers, are kept fully informed of the Policy and comply therewith.

We will strictly manage personal information and take information security measures to prevent any unauthorized access to, or destruction, leakage, alteration or loss of, personal information. In addition, if we entrust the processing of personal information to a third party, we will control and supervise such third party to ensure the proper handling of personal information.
