The IINO Group operates the Shipping Business, comprising Oceangoing Shipping and Regional Shipping operations, and the Real Estate Business. The IINO Group business model is based on the dual business pillars of shipping, which grows in line with the expansion of the global economy albeit with high market volatility, and real estate, with its stable revenue given relatively stable markets.
We offer high-quality services, going beyond cargo transport and building leasing, by integrating related operations, such as ship management and building management.

Since constructing the former IINO Building in 1960, we have been providing a full range of real estate services, from operation to management and maintenance. We provide high-quality office spaces that are energy efficient, incorporate disaster-mitigation capabilities, and are equipped with advanced security systems to ensure that they are friendly to both people and the environment.
