Examples of Coordinated Use

The Hall can be used to hold lectures, while Room B can be used as an exhibition space, Room C as a venue for business meetings, and Room E as an anteroom for the use of VIPs. Meanwhile, guests can be provided with the very highest level of hospitality by using Room A, the largest in the Conference Center, as a party venue together with the Hall Foyer, which has excellent views. It is also possible to use Room A as a secondary venue for events held in the Hall by sharing video across rooms.
Smooth operation of the event is also possible, without the need for the distracting movement of staff, by administering the whole event from Room D, which is located in the center of the same floor.
